Kubik Capital, S.L. was founded in March 2007 with the purpose of advising small and medium businesses in the field of corporate finance, especially at critical times in the life of a company such as establishment, expansion, financial crisis, succession, sale or winding up.

The Company’s three founding shareholders are:

Ramon Orta Magaña: The managing partner of Kubik Capital, S.L. A graduate in business studies, he holds a Masters degree in economic and financial management by ESADE University and he is a tax and tax advising expert by EADA. He has a long-standing experience in corporate operations and in company groups and family businesses, among which, Grupo H.D. Covalco, S.A. (Coaliment), can be highlighted.
